Material experimentation is a core element of her practice: clays, glazes, oxides, sulfates, and raw materials are worked through slow processes and alternative firings—such as raku, saggar, and obvara—which highlight transformation and imperfection as integral parts of her sculptural language.
To fully support this ongoing investigation, she built her own custom raku kiln, a personal device that allows her to experiment directly and independently with thermal mutations and unpredictable textures.
Recently her research has focused on the form of the totem, understood as an archetype connecting symbol, matter, and collective memory. Through verticality and layering, the totem becomes a ritual and narrative device, capable of evoking ancient origins and primordial connections with the earth.
Since 2025, she has been part of Spazio Miriade, a shared studio in Turin, where she continues her artistic research.
